Publishing Producer

Proletariat is seeking a high performing Publishing Producer to join the Publishing group to manage projects across multiple teams. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the studio to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. You will partner with teams including Development, Marketing, Community and Production overseeing project schedules to ensure teams stay in sync.


  • Build, manage and maintain project workflow within the Publishing team and in alignment with Development team Production group
  • Maintain content calendar in partnership with Community and Marketing to ensure timely release of assets and campaigns, as well as identifying gaps in calendar to optimize team output
  • Work with Community and Social teams to schedule and track the development progress of content across different channels both internally and externally
  • Be part of a team working with other teams to overcome complex problems, improve product quality and stay on track
  • Be in constant contact with Leads inside and outside the Publishing team to make sure project expectations are clear and realistic
  • Predicting, identifying and proposing solutions for project risks and issues
  • Understanding and communicating project milestones, task deadlines and stakeholder feedback to team members across internal and external teams


  • 3+ yrs experience as a Producer or Project Manager within a fast growth company
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem-solve and meet deadlines
  • Experience reconciling iterative software development with an Agile project methodology, or a combination of Waterfall and Agile
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You are ready to embrace ambiguity and take action!
  • Understand both Production and Publishing challenges within game development from concept to submission to live operations
  • Proven ability to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and support other team members
  • Shipped at least one digital game from inception to launch
